Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry (low carb)

1 Orange bell pepper, cut into smallish pieces
2 cups broccoli florets
.66 lb thin cut beef round
1 cup snow peas
1/4 cup almonds
2 T Avocado oil
2 T soy sauce
1 t sriracha
1 T peanut butter

Steam the broccoli in the microwave for 2 minutes.  Meanwhile, heat the avocado oil in a wok or sauce pan, and add the pepper.  Then add the steamed broccoli and the beef.  Cook until the beef is browned, then add soy sauce, sriracha, peanut butter, snow peas, and almonds.  Cook about 2 minutes more.  Serve alone or with brown rice if you prefer low carb, with white rice if you don't.  Serves 2.
